All personal information provided to us will be securely stored in digital format (email, text messages, direct messaging, website builds)

All processing of customer information will only be undertaken by South Cheshire Digital Ltd.

 

How long do we keep and process your information?

 

Personal information used for invoicing will be kept in accordance with UK Tax Laws, currently this is 6 years.

Emails - All information stored in emails will be stored for 3 years maximum. (1 year of current projects, 2 years in storage for reference).

Once the time limit has passed for each element, all records will be destroyed.

Your Choices about Your Information:
